Our goal at Procoat is to break the home contractor stereotypes of unreliability, dishonesty, and general shadiness.
Clients are always top priority!

From start to finish, this company is the real deal. Honest, ethical, dependable and they go the distance. Detail oriented…nothing will be left for you to do when they drive away. Highly recommend!

Kiki, June 2021

My experience with Procoat painting was excellent. They communicated frequently and were great. The production manager Chris was very knowledgeable and quickly answered my questions and kept me up-to-date. Khal the sales guy was also excellent. The exterior pain job They did was also fantastic. They have my business from now on.

Chet, April 2021

Khaled and his team were courteous and professional throughout the process, wore masks, and did a great job. They even repaired the wooden banisters of a staircase that had begun to rot!

How we feel after reading our five-star reviews ^

The unexpected and the unknown are two things that can create the most stress and anxiety for us as humans. We want you to know exactly what to expect when you call for a paint estimate for your next project, as well as what you can count on throughout the process. Below you will find the steps involved in the Procoat Process. Call or message us for a free estimate!

ONE

Our estimator will do a thorough inspection of your property and sit down with you to understand your needs. To book a spot in our schedule, we require a 25% deposit and authorization to do the work on your home.

TWO

Within 72 hours of reserving a spot, you will get a phone call from our production manager to go over details and a potential start date. On this call we will also address any other concerns or details that need to be managed prior to starting work on your home.

THREE

Two or three weeks before the start date you will have had a color consultation and colors should be finalized. At this point we will also provide anything you need for approval from a HOA.

FOUR

The week leading up to the job you can expect phone calls to keep you updated on the estimated start date and any changes due to weather or unforeseen delays in our work schedule.

FIVE

Before we start painting: We will do a pre-job walk through with out lead painter. If the project is an exterior repaint we will power wash the house. If it is an interior project we will do any drywall repair and/or prep work.

SIX

During the job, we will let you know what time you can expect us to start work each day. We will talk with you daily about the progress of the job and any concerns so we can address those right away.

SEVEN

At the end of the job, we’ll take you around the house to do any last touch ups before we ask for a final payment.

WE ALWAYS DO WHAT WE SAY

We take the time to listen to all of your concerns, desires, and questions before diving into your project. Our estimator makes sure you understand the entire scope of work, our color consultants help you decide which shade is exactly right for the job, and our production manager makes sure our crews understand what you want.
